Defying the Mechanisms of Disablement
senseless is a unique art project
that has as its theme disablement in everyday life, in society and art.
What we have here is not a project on disablement but a postulate for
"new ways of thinking and acting".
senseless - a work in progress - is a first step towards an egalitarian
society that perceives being different as a quality, not as a stigma. Art has thus become
one of the last refuges for socio-political experiments and strategies of change.
This publication explores the broad spectrum of issues and documents segments
of the project already completed.
